About the Opportunity
The Retail Sales Specialist is the face of The Lady Bag, delivering a luxury-level customer experience while driving sales and maintaining a beautiful boutique environment. This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, enjoys working with people, and wants to grow within the luxury resale space.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and engaging customers in a warm, polished, and professional manner
- Assisting customers with product selection, styling questions, and purchase decisions
- Sharing knowledge of designer brands, merchandise, store policies, and current promotions
- Accurately processing sales transactions, including cash and credit card payments
- Maintaining the appearance of the sales floor, displays, and merchandise presentation
- Restocking inventory, organizing handbags and accessories, and tagging products as needed
- Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Assisting with inventory counts, receiving shipments, and boutique operations
- Supporting in-store content opportunities, including photos and videos for social media, marketing, and brand storytelling as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, polished, and customer-focused demeanor
- Interest in luxury fashion, designer handbags, and resale
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays as needed
- Comfortable using technology, including POS systems, smartphones, and store software
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the boutique

Job Hours:
Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- One additional 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM shift (flexible based on your availability)
