Step 1: With as little as 20% down your DREAM bag can be put on layaway! Just add your chosen bag to the cart, as you would during a normal checkout. The maximum amount of time for a layaway plan is 60 calendar days.
Step 2: At checkout, after choosing the shipping method, you will then select the payment method titled Put it on Lay-Buy.
Step 3: You will then be taken to PayPal's website to process the down-payment as well as the payment plan for the remaining amount.
Step 4: Once you have paid in full, your bag will ship within 1 business day.

How do I know my bag is reserved for me?

Don’t worry once we receive your first payment your bag is put aside just for you and marked as sold on the website!

Am I charged interest for my payment plan?

All items are eligible for layaway with 0% interest.

What happens if I can't pay in full by the 60th day?

We have a 5-day grace period. Please call or email us if something comes up!

After the 5-day grace period your item will be made available to other customers and you will lose your payments in full.

What if I want to cancel my Layaway?

If you have changed your mind you and want to cancel or change your order you will receive a in-store credit for the amount you have paid minus a 10% restocking fee. Please contact email@theladybag.com.
