How do I know the bag I want to purchase is Authentic?

Each and every bag is guaranteed to be 100% authentic or we will refund you your full price plus all shipping costs. The Lady Bag has a dedicated team as well as an industry professional authorizing each bag to be authentic. Is The Lady Bag affiliated with any of brands it sells?

No, The Lady Bag is in not affiliated with any brands that we sell on the website (Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, YSL, Hermes and etc). We are an independent inventory store. 

What else should I know about my New, Pre-Owned or Vintage Designer bags?

The Lady Bag team authenticates the period and originality of our Louis Vuitton bags, wallets and accessories. Please keep in mind that the Pre Owned - Vintage Louis Vuitton, Chanel or Gucci is just that, Pre Owned - Vintage and not new and may have some reconditioning. Each listing details the condition of the bags grommets, buckles, snaps, stitching, monogram and straps. Please be advised Pre Owned - Vintage bags, wallets and accessories do at times come with additional work to be done to secure a lifetime of use. As a re-seller of previously owned luxury goods and sold as is, we do not provide a “warranty” of the workmanship of the brand—that would be covered by the brand manufacturer and you should contact the designer for these issues.

Ordering Process

My order will not process. What should I do?

Please email our support department at support@theladybag.com. We will get back to you as quickly as possible, we pride ourselves on customer service!

Can I change something on my order after it has been placed?

Please contact our support department for changes right away at support@theladybag.com. or call us at 801-990-4050. We process orders within a couple hours, if we have already processed your payment unfortunately we will not be able to make any changes.

What form of payments do you take?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discovery. 

Through PayPal we accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discovery as well as PayPal credit.

 

Is Layaway Available?

Yes it is! The Lady Bag has a 60 Day layaway policy, 50% down and the remaining within 60 days. Review the link below for more details. 

Shipping & Returns

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, please see the flat shipping rate per item below.

Global International Guarantee: $95 Per Item up to 3 pounds (Fully Insured). Please contact support@theladybag.com for larger shipments or any questions. 

Where is my Order?

You will receive an order confirmation when your bag ships, if you would like the status of your order visit your My Account on the front page. The Lady Bag usually ships within 24 hours so check back often. 

I am not satisfied with my purchase, what now?

Carefully review the item before purchase, all images are accurate and detailed. If you have any questions please email anna@theladybag.com.   

What about return packages?

The Lady Bag is not responsible for packages not picked up at the post office after being shipped. Bags returned to The Lady Bag will be held for 60 days, you will be contacted during this time through email. If you do not respond within the 60 days your bag will be restocked and no credit will be given.
